Event

1)  How to create an Event Listing Page?

First, go to Structure > Taxonomy > Event type, then just write and save your Event types. You'll can use them as filters for your events.
Go in Content > Add content > Listing page, then fill the needed fields and set the "List type" option on "Event listing".

2) How to create an Event?

Go in Content > Add content > Event.
You can hide time by check the "Hide time" button, then it will only display the date of your event and not the hour.

You can add whatever you want in the body section,  images, quotes, or even free html with maps and so on.

3) Downloadable file
Notice that you only can made your downloadable file available by writing something in the body section and make it clickable.
Actually the download button only displays when you click on the event.
