Before translating your taxonomy. You need to create it. You can see how to do it here.
Once it's done, you can translate it.
Go to Structure > Taxonomy.
You will find a list of all your listing page.
See the one you want to edit then click on "list terms". All the taxonomies of your listing page will appear.
Select the little arrow near the "edit" button and select "Translate".
You can finally add the language you want.
Don't forget to save.
